Alan Broadbent
Alan has been composing music for more than 15 years. Writing mainly for music libraries has given him the opportunity to explore many different musical styles.
Counting Sony, Sonoton Gmbh, Stock Music and Amphonic as just some of the companies he has written music for, he has credits on many TV productions. These include "Fresh Prince of Bel - Air", "Fast Show", "Animal Adventures" and many more.
In recent years, Alan has been working with Magpie Dance Company as both a composer and as an accompanist to their community classes. In addition to finding the work very rewarding, Alan has composed for the companies Adult Performance Group and is currently involved as composer in a mentoring project for Magpie Dance Company and is also composing a piece for future performance by their Adult Performance Group.
Alan is very pleased to be associated with such a progressive company as adhoc dance and looks forward to a very productive future with them
